Historical Figures

General Zorvan T’San

A legendary military leader and head of the El Aurian Defence Fleet during the final days of El Auria. Known for his tactical brilliance and stoic resolve, General T’San led a sacrificial delaying action against the Borg in 2265, allowing millions to escape during the Exodus. He perished aboard the Bela’na, his flagship, remembered in El-Aurian society as a symbol of duty and selflessness. Monuments to his memory exist both on Kaitos and in Diaspora enclaves.

Titles: “The Last Shield,” “Father of the Exodus”
Legacy: His battle journals are studied by EDF recruits and contain the last chronometric readings of El Auria before its destruction. His battle journals and command insignia are preserved in Kaitos' Hall of Remembrance.
· Bela’na Blade: His ceremonial sword, inscribed with “Guard the Thread, Yield to None,” is on display in the same hall.

Major Kisorna T’San

Zorvan’s daughter and the Executive Officer of the Bela’na. A fierce combat strategist and empath, she personally oversaw the rescue of thousands of civilians during the initial stages of the Exodus. Her fate remains unknown—rumours persist that she survived and went into deep exile to avoid assimilation.

Rumoured Affiliations: Watchers, possible founder of the Veiled Bridge
Artifact: Her command insignia, recovered from a Borg wreck in 2361, remains locked in Kaitos’ Hall of Remembrance.

Zaos Orihana

A spiritual leader and philosopher who guided the fleet to Kaitos in 2345. Though not a political leader, his influence was instrumental in uniting disparate El-Aurian survivor groups under a single cause: permanent resettlement. A devout follower of Gaiaka and Tos, Zaos saw Kaitos as destiny fulfilled.

Title: “The First Pathfinder”
Known Works: The Sky Beneath Us (memoirs), Echoes of a Silent World (philosophical tract on grief and belonging)

Dr. Siora Carberos

A renowned El-Aurian xenobiologist and temporal theorist, Dr. Carberos was instrumental in one of the most controversial and consequential actions ever taken against the Borg. In the 2150s, she led a scientific team that developed a dormancy pathogen — a biological-temporal code capable of disabling Borg drones across the Collective by inducing a system-wide "sleep" state.

This pathogen, activated through nanite resonance, successfully halted Borg expansion for over 60 years, granting the Alliance a fragile period of peace. However, the eventual reactivation of the Borg led to a wave of retaliation far more destructive than any that came before.

Legacy: Celebrated by some as a saviour who bought time for countless civilizations; condemned by others for provoking the Borg's wrath and accelerating the fall of the Alliance.

Disappearance: Vanished in the 2170s after refusing to develop a second-generation version of the pathogen. Some believe she joined a secretive faction of El-Aurian Watchers.

Current Status: Working with Starfleet. Her research remains under permanent containment within the Kaitos Science Division archives.

Contemporary Figures

Grand High Priestess Salanna Muatan

Currently the oldest living El-Aurian at 3,005 Earth years. A survivor of El Auria and spiritual anchor of the Covenant of Tiree. Her insights into time, fate, and cosmic cycles are often referenced in council debates. Salanna is said to "listen to the echoes between seconds"—some claim she can sense alternate timelines before they coalesce.
Resides: Temple of Silent Stars, Fenthalas
Views: Advocates caution, but increasingly supports reengagement with the galaxy

Chairman Antho Hopki

The current head of the El-Aurian Council of Elders. Known for his composed demeanour and long diplomatic history. He is considered the stabilizing presence in modern El-Aurian politics and was a former ambassador to a neutral world prior to Kaitos’ founding.
Political Position: Moderate; favours limited external engagement.
Unique Trait: Possesses a perfect eidetic memory of every Council meeting.

Councillor Allyou Islove

A reformist and vocal proponent of Federation membership. A former educator and media archivist, Islove rose to prominence through outreach to the younger generation. Known for charisma, openness, and progressive values.
Affiliations: Drift Union, Harmonicists
Controversy: Accused of sharing classified Kaitos coordinates during a diplomatic mission—charges dismissed.

Commander Appe Feshau

Commander of Kaitos 1 Orbital Station. Veteran of the Exodus skirmishes and nephew of Councillor Crailo Feshau. Oversees border defence and early threat detection. A hardline traditionalist, Appe is suspicious of off-worlders and supports continued phasing of Kaitos.
Command Style: Direct, militaristic, unwavering
Rumors: Allegedly runs a covert detention unit for off-world El-Aurians suspected of violating secrecy laws.
