View Award - Community Service Citation
Given to a person who has truly put forth an indisputable amount of extra effort within the community; out of character circumstances.
This can include but not limited to recruiting, pulling the crew together, posting, helping to fill in the "gaps", and/or helping maintain their ship's website are just a few of the things that could count toward this award.
(Recipients of the Outstanding Volunteer Award will be given extra consideration.)
Truly, this is one award to cherish when received.

It is often said that community is built on the shoulders of its members. One set of shoulders that often bears weight of this community is Lachlan Barr. He is always ready to jump in and fill in openings in the plot, and be an ear to listen when this hobby of ours gets to be too much at times. He shows us what it means to be a pillar of the community in everything he does. I cannot thank him enough for being one of the orginal Pioneers and making this sim what it is today. |

For the first presentation of this award there is no one better than Hermia. Our good doctor is always willing to join in and take care of what is needed. They have spread their wings in multiple departments with their non player characters adding to the world that is the Pioneer. As of recent they have created their own mini sim within the Pioneer world the USS Carthage. This adds to the one world concept that the Pioneer is based on. Hermia has created missions for us and so much more. I can honestly say that the Pioneer would not be where it is today without Hermia's hard work. |
