Everything is changing and it is a wonderful thing. It is always great when someone introduces and idea or character that expands on another character. Maren's introduction has been the proverbial page turner and the character is not even on the ship yet. This character's introduction has not only established the feel of what is to come, but it has inspired entire new story lines. Bravo!
	Library Excellence Ribbon Awarded Fri May 22nd, 2026 @ 5:11pm Nominated by Lieutenant Commander Alyssa Maren	Each of Maren's posts has been excellent. She's abrasive, antagonistic, angry, and scared. All these emotions are difficult to write well. Maren blends them all into an engrossing and illuminating series of posts. The writer is always very good, but with Maren, he brings so much more to her stories. I look forward to her journey, and her eventual arrival to the Pioneer.
