| General Overview | Howard was born in New York on Earth where he lived until the age of 18. It was then that he entered Starfleet Academy. He always had a love for science and medicine. So he persued a career in Starfleet Medical. After graduation from the Academy he attended Starfleet Medical for his medical degree this was followed by the standard residency. He has always had a facination with space and medicine. Starfleet allowed him to follow both. He is a little sarcastic when off duty. He lives his life by the oath to first do no harm.
